Darien ran as if in a trance though Serena was long out of sight he
still could here her crying for him. He wanted to turn around and
protect her and tell her how much he did love her. But he was afraid,
That car had almost killed her right before his eyes. He didn't even
remember
grabbing her out of the way. He loved her so much he didn't want her to be
hurt, but it killed him that he was causing her to be hurt too.

"Ahhhhh!" screamed a girl as Darien unknowingly ran into a pretty girl
with sharp green eyes and curly ebony hair tied in a ponytail.

"Oh I'm so sorry," Darien apologized.

"It's all right I'm fine, but oh your shirt!" the girl replied.

"Huh?" Darien said as he then realized his shirt was splashed with
soda and soking wet. "Oh it's all right."

"Oh but... Darien!" the girl cried.

"How do you know my name?" a confused Darien asked.

"I'm Belle from your physics class." Belle answered, Darien just look at
her trying to recognize her but he couldn't. "You probably don't know me
I kind of drift off in class."

"Oh, well hello, sorry for running into you," Darien said.

"Oh I wasn't think either"

"Ah well nice seeing you."

"Wait!" Belle began grabbing on to Darien's arm, "umm can I get you anything
for
splashing you with my soda?"

"Oh you don't have to,"

"Please!" Belle pleded.

"Okay there is a pretzel stand," Darien suggested.

"All right," Belle said and they went over and bought two pretzels. Darien
and
Belle talked for awhile, and Darien had a strange feeling that he
knew here from somewhere else.

"Darien!" Serena's familiar cry called him out of his conversation. Darien
turned
to face Serena, but Belle quickly grabbed his head and kissed him on the
lips
which shocked Darien and broke Serena's heart. Serena look for but a
brief moment at Darien and the strange girl,gave a broken hearted sob
and ran away in tears.

Darien pulled away from the kiss and was shocked to see he was no
longer in the park but a strange dimension.

"Who are you and where am I," demanded Darien.

""I felt nothing..." Belle murmmered in astonishment.

"Answer me!" Darien yelled.

Belle looked at him then repeated, "nothing..." Then she spun around
to reveal she was infact Jezebel! "Prince Darien... my name is Jezebel.
I am the daughter of Apollo, ruler of the Sun Kingdom. We were
betroved, but on the night of our engagment you meet my brother, Jarelle's
betroved, Princess Serena of the Moon Kingdom. You fell in love with her
and she with you. When the Silver Millenium was destroyed, Jarelle and
myself
set out to find you and bring you back. Jarelle was causing your nightmares
and it was my idea to almost kill Serena. We just want you back."

"but..." Darien said waiting for Jezebel to finish her story.

"I don't love you any more. I felt nothing when I kissed you!"

"Then leave Serena and me alone."

"But Jarelle... OH NO!" Jezebel cried.

"What!" Darien asked and jolted forward.

"He's going to kidnap Serena!"

"NO!"

"We must hurry! Or you may never see her again!"
