Tittle:Remember Me Always E-mail:jocof@prodigy.net Name:Amishetu JC Rating:pg Hello my name is Amishetu. This is my second attempt in fanfic writing and I just want to know what you think. Please email me with any responses at Jocof@prodigy.net This story takes place after the sailor stars. I not too familiar with those episodes but because I wanted more freedom to write with the characters, I placed them in that time period. Thanks for listening and happy reading! Remember Me Always by: Amishetu Chapter Two When Serena got to school the next day, everyone was in a frenzy about the exchange program. "It's going to be way cool!" said Nina, a student in Serena's class. "Yeah I know. My mom is letting me be a host. I can't wait!" Molly said. "You too Molly? My mom said I could be a host too! Amy and Lita are doing it too." "That's neat." Molly replied. "Not as neat as going to Germany! My mom is letting me go to Germany!" "Really wow Nina. I thought about it, but then I decided to stay." Molly said. Just then Mrs. Huruana walked in the classroom and everyone took their seats. "Good morning class. From what I heard when I walked in a second ago you all know about the America/Europe/Japan exchange student program. Am I correct?" "Yes Mrs. Huruana." The class chimed almost sounding mechanical. "Well even if you do know about it I am required to tell you all about it. Well first off the Tokyo school system is holding a joint America and Europe exchange student program. Students from Virginia and North Carolina, America and France and Germany, Europe have a choice of being host or traveling to a country other than their own. Now, please if there is anyone who would like to take part in this program stay after school in the main courtyard and your principal will give you the permission slips and other participation forms. With that done lets get on to business." At lunch, Lita, Amy, and Serena meet by the large oak tree where they usually had their lunch together. "Hey guys!" Lita said as she approached Amy and Serena. "Hi" "Oh hi Lita. You look very nice today." "Serena you can have some of my lunch. You don't have to flatter me just ask." Serena blushed from embarrassment as she quickly changed the subject. "So um Lita did your teacher give you a major boring lecture about the exchange program?" "Yeah. I had to keep myself from falling asleep. Anyway, do you think Rei or Mina will want to get in on this program?" "Oh you don't have to worry about that. I talked to both of them last night. Mina's mom said that they had no extra room in her apartment and Rei said that she would be host also." "Amy!" "What, what?" "Why did you go and tell Rei? Now I can't rub it in her face that I'm going to be a foreign exchange student host and she's not. WHAAAAAAAA!" "Serena, your forgetting that this program is for the whole Tokyo school district! Rei may go to a private school but she is still in the district. She was bound to find out from one of her teachers." "Oh." She finally stopped wailing. "Hey people!" Mina said as she hurried up the slightly steep hill to her friends. "Hey Mina. I guess your teacher actually let your class get to lunch early." Amy said. "Yeah well I finished my teat early and anyone who finished was allowed to go to lunch so I'd thought I would drop in for a visit. "Hey Mina, Amy says that your mom won't let you take part in the exchange program." "Well she's right Lita. It's such a bummer. Turns out that my mom will be at a lot of meetings on the other side of Tokyo during the program and she's afraid to leave me in the house with a stranger." *Ding, Ding, Ding! * The lunch bells rung loud and long. "I guess I better get back to my school. Our bells don't ring too long after yours. Bye Amy, Lita, Serena!" "Bye Mina!" Said Amy "Bye Mina!" said Lita "Bwye Minya!" You could hardly hear Serena because of all the food she had crammed into her mouth. The school day went by fast for Serena. Usually, when she wouldn't have her homework, it went slower because Mrs. Huruana seemed to only call on her for answers. But since it was the first day of school after a week long break, there was no homework assigned. Once school let out Amy and Lita met Serena at her locker so they could go to the after school meeting together. "Come on Serena, or we'll miss all the information about the program." Lita said trying to help Serena get her school supplies into her book case. "I'm coming, I'm coming." They got there in time to hear all the information about the program. Out of all the students of Juban high school there were only a few interested in the program. Most of them being in their second year of high school. The meeting was done in fifteen minutes and the three girls walked home together. "Hey Lita would you mind helping me fix up my room for the student Friday afternoon would you? I'm afraid I couldn't get my brother to help, not like that's a big surprise or anything." "Sure thing Serena. And when were done maybe I could sleep over. Then on Saturday we could go to the airport together." "Oh thanks Lita. Amy when do you have to pickup you student?" "Oh I have to pick the person up on Sunday. The principal asked me if I would mind hosting an upperclassmen. So I agreed. He said the only upperclassmen would be coming from Europe and their flight won't leave until Saturday witch means they would arrive one Sunday." "Whatever, this is were I go buy Amy, bye Serena!" "Bye!" After two more blocks Amy left Serena to walk the rest of the way by herself. "Gosh I'm so hungry. I can't wait until I get home." Then suddenly without warning Serena smacked into to someone. "Oh I'm so sorry. Please excuse me." Serena said trying to get out of the person's way. She didn't even look up. "Hi meatball head." "Darien! She said throwing her arms around his waist. "Whoa! Happy to see you too. How come you didn't look up at me, did you get a bad grade on something?" "No. I'm just so hungry and I still have three blocks to go before I get to my house." She said almost whining. "What would your say to some pizza? I'll give you a ride home afterwards." "Sure." She said giving him one last squeeze before she let go. He slipped his hand around her waist as they walked to his car which was parked in a garage not too far from where they were. comments jocof@prodigy.net Amishetu JC
