ChibiMercury Title: Letting go of the past Five years have passed since my family's untimely death. I feel it is time for me to go back home and pay my respects to them. I've been deciding what to take with me, knowing that I'll have to clean the house since it hasn't been lived in since that party five years ago. Later, everyone has gathered at Rei's temple to see me off, I've decided to teleport there instead of flying, but I never told anyone, I just told them that my flight was leaving later that night and that they didn't have to see me get on the plane. When I arrived home (Japan), I decided to gather everything, which even surprised me. Then I transformed into Sailor Sun, much to the disagreement of Ra who thought I should've taken the plane, after making sure the blinds were pulled down. I reminded Ra that I could have her put to sleep and she didn't say anything on the subject of using my powers for personal use again. It took me three times of teleporting from one side of the world to the other to get everything to the States. I decided to teleport everything to the wing where my room was located. I must say that it was taxing, but well worth it. I detransformed and then went to bed, not noticing that the sheets had been was recently and were still warm. In the morning, I awoke to the smell of someone cooking breakfast. That startled me since I didn't know anyone else was here. I got dressed into something that would be comfortable since I'd be on my hands and knees the majority of the day. In the kitchen, the sight that awaited me was priceless since it threw me back a bit. I saw Neo-Queen Serenity cooking breakfast and King Endymion making juice with Neo-Princess Serenity setting the table for three, no make that four people. "Aunt Amanda, glad to see your up." exclaimed Chibi-Usa. "You knew I was here?!?!" asked a very confused Amanda. "Of course, I heard some noise coming from your room and decided to investigate." "You, what!?!?!?!?" "Don't worry, I was just seeing who it was." "Why did you teleport here?" asked Endymion. "Cheaper than flying and to avoid jet lag." "Still, we're glad to see you, Amanda." said Serenity and Endymion. I was surprised but glad when I saw what the Royal Family was doing. They were able to leave Crystal Tokyo for a brief time to lead a 'normal' life. The house is relatively clean and there's not much to do and then I realized that what I was wearing is now unnessary. I decided to change and then talk to my second 'family' as to why I was here to begin with. The discussion then turned to how long they've (the Royal Family) been here. Apparently, they teleport here for a week of 'normality' for the past four years. Everytime they got back, everyone chipped in, from food shopping to washing the sheets to making the beds. I didn't mind that they were 'living' here since the house WAS being used. Later that day, we went to the cemetary to pay our respects. I decided to have the Royal Family dress like thay did during the 20th century, with of course some modifications to the outfits. Of course, they didn't mind it. William Shelby 1947-1992 Monica Shelby 1949-1992 Amanda Shelby 1979- Mitchell Shelby 1985-1992 Jacob Shelby 1990-1992 After we returned home, I stayed a while longer. The Royal Family decided to go back to Crystal Tokyo, but left me a way to talk to them, sort of like Luna Ball, a communicator that was attuned to Pluto. I can leave messages with her and then she takes them to the Neo-King and Queen. My only hope is that she won't mind doing this, I know how much she prides herself on her job as Guardian of Time. A week later I teleported back to Tokyo and then called a meeting to explain why I didn't want them to see me off originally. Later The results were the same. Stares boring into me like a drill going through wood. Gradually they understood why I did that, especially Makoto, who understood a few minutes after I explained everything. What I never told my friends was that I let the cat out of the bag in reguards to my scout identity. I knew no one would tell, especially since I whispered it to them. Now that I've put the past behind me, I can now go on to great things. After all this, my philosophy is 'Take it one day at a time, since you don't know what'll happen tomorrow, live it like its going to be your last day.' I know that from now until the day that I join them and beyond, my family will always be in my heart.
