Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken - Part 2 by BreaSenni Konnichiwa minna-san! I am back with part two of Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken. Hope you like it. All disclaimers apply. Serena walked into her small office with the newspaper and a cup of coffee that she was quietly sipping. It had taken her twenty minutes to get Clandell into his stall and she could still hear him kicking at the door. ' I need to get a personal trainer in here. Someone who can train Clandell and also stay here at nights.' She placed the coffee and the newspaper on her desk as she entered the large stall that she called home. She liked living with the horses rather than a house so she converted one of the birthing stalls into a bedroom for herself. Since mares in labor needed lots of space the stall was twice as big as one regular stall. Serena had placed a queen sized mattress against the wall seperating her and Clandell from eachother. She had placed a dresser against the back wall to hold her clothes and a small shelf to hold her three first place trophies. Serena swept out all the hay and had the floor carpeted. It was just like a real room in a real house. Serena had also installed a shower in the big bathroom that branched off from her office, and also put in a small kitchen, with a stove, and small ice box, and a few plates, cups, silverware, and pots and pans. She made her bed and dusted the shelves. With that finished she made her way back to her office and dialed a phone number. " Hey Ami? I want to put an add in the paper." ******************************************************* Darien Chiba woke up to the sound of his alarm beeping. He hit the button that turned it off and grumbled noticeably. He looked at the clock and sighed. " Seven a.m." He grudgingly got out of bed, showered, shaved and got the paper. Darien immediately turned to the ads and scanned them while eating his bagel. Halfway through looking for a job his eyes caught an ad that was just the thing for him. ' Hmmm. pay is seven hundred a week to train a wild full-blooded arabian. A live in job I see. This will be great. The number is 6..0..4..1..9..5..7.' He grabbed the phone and dialed the number, tapping his foot impatiently as it rang. " Hello, Tsukino residence." " Yes, may I speak to Ms. Serena Tsukino?" " Speaking." " I am calling about your ad in the paper." " Oh, yes! What are your qualifications?" " I studied at Le Fontegnac for four years and graduated at the top of my class. I worked at the circus for one year as a horse trainer and then I rode in county races." " Le Fontegnac, eh?" She paused. " Your hired ..." " Chiba. Darien Chiba." " Ah, Mr. Chiba. Yes. You are hired. I am busy tommorrow and Thursday but I am free Friday. Lets say...nine a.m. Is that okay with you?" " Sure!" " Then I'll see you then. Bye." " Bye!" " Oh! Wait!" " Yes?" " The address is 145 Foylockamee road." " Alright. Bye" " Bye." Darien waited until he heard a click telling him she hung up. With a big grin on his face he placed the phone back in its cradle. ******************************************************* Serena was ecstatic. Finally someone had called after a week of the ad being in the paper. She ran up to Clandell's stall. " I got a call from a guy today. He is going to be your trainer. I can't wait for Friday to come!" ******************************************************* That is all for now. I know that so far it is pretty tacky but the next chapters will be a more interesting and romantic, even though the romance won't start until chapter 4. I hope you like the story and please e-mail me on what you think. Peace Out BreaSenni _____________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
