She looks nervously at Tensai, whispering in her ear, "How did you know?" Tensai giggles, whispering back, "I'll tell you later." She walks away, putting the autograph in her bag and taking out a sandwich. Sailor Sun looks at her and smiles. "That's one smart friend I have." she thinks to herself. Looking back at her line of loyal fans, Sailor Sun sighs. "Hey, what can ya do when everybody loves ya?" she asks in her mind. After she finishes signing autographs, Sailor Sun returns excitedly to the Crystal Palace. She's very eager to tell Queen Serena how the battle went, and wants to show off. She walks into the palace, thinking of all the applause she'll get. Queen Serena sits up from her throne, very excited. "I see that you've calmed our little disturbance." she says, "I'm very proud of you." She runs up to Sailor Sun and throws her arms around her. "Thanks." Sailor Sun answers positively, "I needed a little help, but it was a piece of cake. I can't wait 'till my next battle." Gasps come from the people who hear this, and Queen Serena sets out to have a talk with Sailor Sun. Leading Sailor Sun to a window, she gives a short lecture. "Sailor Sun, you seem to have a very warped view of the Sailor-biz." she says, the sun's rays beating down on her face. "What do you mean?" asks a confused Sailor Sun, the sun reflecting off of her sunglasses. "I mean, being a Solar Senshi isn't all fun and games and beating up baddies, you have to find Musuko." "Oh yeah, it must have slipped my mind. I'm sorry." "That's okay, dear, you were probably just excited from your first victory. I understand how you feel. Now that you're Sailor Sun, though, you'll have to take your job seriously. You don't have time to fool around, socialize, or..." "You seemed to have had *a lot* of time for socializing when you were Sailor Moon, your majesty." an elderly voice interrupts. Sailor Sun looks around, wondering where the voice came from. "Who was that?" she asks, "Your grandmother?" "GRANDMOTHER?!!" the voice screams. Suddenly, a black cat with a crescent moon on its forehead jumps on Sailor Sun's head. "I am not her grandmother!!!" it screams. "A talking cat?!" Sailor Sun exclaims, fainting on the floor. Queen Serena looks at the young girl's body on the floor, then at the cat. "Luna." she scolds, "You weren't part of the conversation, and it was rude of you to interrupt. See, look what you did, you made her faint." Luna stares blankly at the queen, first doing a faint meow, then saying, "Sorry." She walks over to Sailor Sun, licking her cheek to wake her up. After several minutes of licking, Sailor Sun regains consciousness. She looks at Luna and pets her, saying, "Okay, so you have a talking cat, I can handle it." Queen Serena smiles and admires the new sailor. "Such child-like innocence in such an important girl." she thinks. After watching Sailor Sun pet Luna for a while, Queen Serena decides that it's time to get back to business. "Okay, Luna, you can go now." she says, and Luna obediently leaves the room. The queen brings Sailor Sun back to the large, soft chair, while she herself sits back on her throne. She continues her royal lecture on being a Solar Senshi. "My dear, Sailor Sun." she says sweetly, "You're so adorable. You don't seem to realize that being a Sailor Soldier is *the* second toughest job in the world. Second to being queen, of course. You will have to risk your life several times, you might even *lose* your life!" Horrified, Sailor Sun runs screaming around the room. After a few minutes, she collapses before the Queen, seeming to be calmed down. "*Lose* my life?" she asks through gasps for breath. Queen Serena looks at her and smiles again. "Yes." she says calmly, "But it's nothing to be afraid of, I will always be watching over you. With the aid of the Empyrean Silver Crystal, you will always be protected." Calmed down, Sailor Sun giggles. "I just have one question." she asks. "Yes." Queen Serena answers, "What is it?" "Do you have anything to eat?" Queen Serena giggles at the suggestion, saying into her intercom, "Ariel, Triton, we need a favor." A large table full of food appears out of thin air, and chairs appear to surround the table. "Thank you very much." the queen says. Sailor Sun runs to the table, quickly grabbing a plateful of food. Before she gets to indulge in her feast, however, there's a loud banging at the door. "Come in." Queen Serena says regally. A royal guard bursts into the room, dozens of papers taped to her clothes. She runs up to the queen, telling her some urgent news. "Your majesty!" she says hurriedly, "The media is outside, they're asking about the new heroine!" She pulls one of the papers off of her clothes, offering it to the queen. "They need you to sign these interview-consent forms too." she says. The queen stares at the ceiling, pondering the situation. "Okay, tell them I'll be out in a minute." she tells the guard. The guard runs out the door to tell the reporters the royal decree. Queen Serena looks at Sailor Sun and smiles. "Sailor Sun." she says, "I think you should go home and get some rest. Just de-transform, and we'll assemble our plan tomorrow after school. You can take some of the food with you, too." "How do I de-transform?" Sailor Sun asks. "Oh, dear, I almost forgot." the queen answers, already heading to the door, "To de-transform, just put your hand on the sun image, saying in your mind that you want to return to normal. See you tomorrow, and don't forget to keep this a secret!" Sailor Sun waves good-bye to the queen, who is already out the door. Making sure she's alone, Sailor Sun puts her hand on the sun's image. She thinks to herself, "I want to be Hikari Ohisama again." Her sailor suit immediately shreds to ribbons, leaving her barely concealed. The ribbons reform into Hikari's school uniform, and the Mystic Torch disappears. Putting on her dark sunglasses, and carrying her plate of food, Hikari says good-bye to the palace, and skips happily through the back door. At the front door, Queen Serena tries to answer the media's questions. "Who is this *Sailor Sun*?" one reporter asks. "I do not know." the queen answers. "Is it true she's your long lost daughter?" "No, absolutely not!" "Is it true that she's your long lost sister?" "That's preposterous!!" "Is it true that you had an affair with Sailor Star Fighter and that Chibi-Chibi was your love-child?" "HOW DARE YOU EVEN THINK IT!!!" Queen Serena explodes, pushing the reporters out of her way. Covering one of the video cameras pushed in her face, she screams, "Okay, I've had quite enough of this! Stop these endless questions or else I will be forced to use the Empyrean Silver Crystal on you!" This disperses the crowd, and the reporters run off. "That's right!" Queen Serena yells, "Get out, shoo!" After the last of them is out of sight, Queen Serena walks calmly back into the palace. She sits at the table of food and picks up a slice of cake. Taking a small nibble, she spits it out almost immediately. "YUCK!! CARROT CAKE?!" she screams, tossing the cake on the floor. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ In Hikari's family's house, the Ohisamas are having dinner. Hikari lives in a middle-class, two story house, similar to the one Serena lived in way back in the 1990's. The Ohisama family consists of Hikari's mother, Hikari's father, and Hikari. Hikari's mother, Okaasan Ohisama, has kind brown eyes, her shoulder-length, brown hair in a pony-tail, and is wearing a green sweater and white skirt. Hikari's father, Otousan Ohisama, has his short brown hair left dangling with his bangs hanging over his black eyes, and he's wearing a grey business suit. Hikari happily eats her curry, savoring its delicious taste. Her mom speaks up. "Hikari, dear, why have you taken a sudden liking to curry?" she asks. "I like it, Mom." Hikari answers between bites, "There was plenty of it at the Crystal Pal..." Hikari stops, afraid that she might have said something she shouldn't have. Unfortunately, her Mom realizes what she was about to say. "Crystal Palace? What were you doing there?" she asks. "Oh, umm.......we had a field trip at school." "Oh? Was it nice there? I've never been there before." "Yes, it was, Mom. It's all nice and shiny." "That sounds dandy, I should request a touring appointment someday, right honey?" Mrs. Ohisama looks at her husband, who is busy reading the newspaper. Totally oblivious to the conversation that was going on, he starts his own. "Hey, did you hear?" he asks, pointing to an article in the evening paper, "There's a new heroine in our fair city, Sailor Sun, and she's already done a bang-up job of protecting us." He looks down at the paper, reading a little more. "Also." he continues, "It says here that she saved the school and Tensai Sasori's life." Mrs. Ohisama looks up at the sound of Tensai's name. "Did you say Tensai Sasori?" she asks, "Hikari, isn't she your best friend?" Hikari takes another bite, then looks at her mother. "Yes. Yes, she is." she answers. "Is she alright?" "Yeah, she's fine. Sailor Sun saved her just in the nick of time." "Did you see anything?" her father asks, "I mean, you were at school, you had to have seen something." "Yes, I saw the whole thing. You could say I was right where the action was." "Oh look!" her father exclaims, "Here's a picture of her." He turns the newspaper to face his family. The picture shows Sailor Sun signing autographs. "Hey!" her mother says excitedly, "She kinda looks like you, Hikari. How cute!" Hikari chokes on her food, quickly taking a drink of water. Her mother continues. "Well, her legs are a little longer and sexier. But it's still a pretty close likeness. Maybe you can dress up as her for Halloween or something." Hikari smiles at her mother. "Yeah, it'd be *really* easy to get a costume!" she says, giggling. She finishes her food and says, "Mother, Father, may I be excused?" Her parents nod, and Hikari runs up the stairs. The subject of Sailor Sun is dropped, and Mrs. Ohisama looks at her husband. "I find it interesting that Sailor Sun looks so much like our daughter." she says to him. "Maybe she's her long lost sister or something." Mr. Ohisama adds. "As if I would have another daughter without knowing it!" Mrs. Ohisama jokes. She laughs, then walks over to her husband, kissing him on the cheek. He kisses her on the cheek, and they clean up the table. In her room, Hikari breathes a sigh of relief that she wasn't found out. "Good thing my parents aren't like Tensai." she says in her mind, "Or they might have discovered my secret from that picture." She lies on her bed for a while, staring at the Sailor Moon posters covering her wall. Picking up her Sailor Moon phone, she calls up Tensai. Hikari dials the number, and Tensai's mother, Honya Sasori, answers the phone. "Hello?" she asks. "Hi, can I talk to Tensai?" Hikari asks. "Sure, just wait a second." "Thanks." Tensai comes to the phone, gasping for air. "Hello....Hikari." she says, breathing hard. "Hi Tensai, why're you breathing so hard?" Hikari asks, pulling her Sailor Moon comb through her hair. She jumps on her bed, her Sailor Moon pillows bouncing up and down. Relaxing for the conversation, she lies down on the comfortable matress. "Oh, I just came from the library. Can you believe it? They don't have any books that I haven't read already!" "Oh I can believe it, all right. You only read fifty of 'em a day. I'd go crazy if I read that many!" "So, what did you call me about?" "About my being Sailor Sun, how did you know?" "I don't know, something in my mind just told me that she was you, and that you were her." "Really? How could that happen?" "Yes, really, but I don't know how it happened. It was like a magic force took control of me just to let me know that you were Sailor Sun." "Wow." "Any other questions, Ms. Sun?" "No, and be more secret about my identity, okay? I'll tell you all about how I became Sailor Sun at school. I'm all tired out from that battle." "Okay, good-bye." "Bye." Hikari hangs up the phone, and she pulls her Sailor Moon blanket over her body. In a matter of seconds, she falls asleep. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ The next day at the Crystal Tokyo High School, everyone's talking about Sailor Sun. Gathered all around Tensai, the students ask her what it was like to be rescued by the Solar Senshi. "Well?" one student asks, "What was it like?" Tensai, a little flustered by all the attention, takes a while to begin her answer. After a while, she says, "It was just....well, it was *very* relieving. I mean, I was being choked by an ugly slimy organism. Having been saved from death by *anybody* would have been......well, remarkably alleviating." Everybody stares at her, flabbergasted at her choice of words. They walk off with a groan, and Tensai thinks to herself, "Did I say something wrong?" Hikari comes running in, later than usual, and meets up with Tensai. She notices all the people walking away, and realizes with happened. "Tensai." she scolds, "You used those big words again, didn't you!?" Tensai looks down at the ground, hurt that everyone deserted her. A tear falls to the ground, and Tensai sniffs. Hikari takes a tissue from her bag, handing it to her crying friend. "Aw, I'm sorry Tensai." she says sympathetically, "I didn't mean to scream at you, I was just playing around." Hikari pats Tensai on the back, trying to make her feel better. "It's not that." Tensai remarks sadly, "It's just, a lot of people don't like me because of my.....intelligence." She sniffs, and another tear drops to the ground. Using Hikari's tissue, she wipes the tears from her face. "Don't worry, Tensai." Hikari comforts her, "I like you, you're my best friend. That's all that really matters." She hugs Tensai, whispering in her ear, "Yours from sunrise to sunset, Sailor Sun." Tensai smiles, hugging Hikari back. "I like you too, Hikari." she says, still a little teary- eyed, "You make me laugh, and you even saved my life." "Not so loud." Hikari warns jokingly, "Somebody might hear you." She looks around, realizing that nobody is outside anymore. The bell rings, and the Hikari screams, "WE'RE LATE!!!" They both rush to class, two best friends. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ In the Star Fragment, Kichigai decides to design a new plan. Sipping champagne from a crystal goblet, Kichigai thinks to herself. "I still don't have any information on this planet. I must send a better, groovier Aku to do the job." Before she begins creating, however, Kichigai gets a message on her viewing screen. A blurry silhouette appears on the monitor, and it begins to speak in a composed and demonic, feminine voice. "Kichigai." it says, "I am very disappointed that you have failed me. Your assignment was only to gather information on the modern Earth, and you can't even do that simply task correctly. Since I'm in a good mood, I'll give you two days. If you don't gather enough information by that time, you will be destroyed." The monitor turns off, and waterfalls of sweat flow down Kichigai's forehead. "How am I supposed to gather enough, you stupid shadow- puppet?!" Kichigai screams, tossing her goblet of champagne at the inactive monitor. She calms down, switching to plan-making mode. "I think I'll use two Aku this time." she decides. Walking over to the magenta pool, she states her orders. "Aku number two and three, I command you to come!!" she screams. Two man-shaped blobs emerge from the pool, which immediately bow to their mistress. One of them speaks. "Kichigai, my mistress." it says in a deep voice, "Aku number two at your service." Kichigai nods at it, and looks to the other one. "Madame Kichigai." it says humbly, "I, Aku number three, am at your service as well." Kichigai, satisfied at her work, wants to make sure they'll do their job. "Aku two and three, what are you planning on doing?" she asks menacingly. "Aku three will reshape into a camera." Aku two says informatively, "Then we will gather audio and video information about the Earth. Any information will be immediately uploaded into the main computer, allowing you to edit and organize the information, writing them to disc." "That is correct." Kichigai asks, testing her slaves, "And what will you do if you run into trouble?" "I will use my patented camera- lens slime beam." Aku three answers. "Right." Kichigai says happily, "Now go and do your job, and do it right!" Aku three reforms itself into a camera, and Aku two holds it in its slimy hands. They sink into the ground, transporting to the Earth. Kichigai giggles, sure that she'll be able to get enough information this time. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ At the high school, the final bell has rung. The students run hastily out of the building, eager to do their own thing. Tensai stands outside the front doors, waiting patiently for her always-late friend. Hikari appears in the doorway, a glum look on her face. "What's wrong?" Tensai asks. Hikari looks sadly at Tensai. "I failed Miss Mane's test." she says sadly. Tensai puts her hand on Hikari's shoulder. "So." she says jokingly, "What else is new?" Tensai laughs, but Hikari doesn't think it's very funny. They walk slowly down the sidewalk, admiring the beauty of their city. "It's so beautiful in the light of the sun." Hikari says, cheering up. "Especially the Crystal Public Library." Tensai adds. She closes her eyes, imagining all of the books that are there for the public to read. She sighs, perfectly content. Breaking out of her dream-state, Hikari realizes that they're not heading toward their homes. She stops, sticking her arm in front of Tensai. "Wait! Where are we going?!" she asks hysterically. "Oh I'm sorry, I thought I told you." Tensai answers innocently, "We were going to the library, they just got a new book in that I've been waiting for." Hikari answers with a simple, "Oh." They walk toward the library while, in back of them, a camera-carrying man-blob films the scenery. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ In the Star Fragment, Kichigai is overjoyed. Aku number two and three are carrying along nicely, and Kichigai is receiving plenty of information. She watches her monitor, surveying the scenery her Aku are filming. She grabs a microphone, speaking to the Aku. "Aku number two." she says, "You've made me very happy with your work so far, but I think we have enough visual environment info. Now go get some info on the technology, weapons systems, and don't forget the shopping malls. Go to the nearest book collection area and scan me some books." On Kichigai's monitor, she sees Aku number two, and she awaits an answer from it. Looking at a little wrist monitor, the Aku nods in agreement, proceeding to walk to the library. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ Hikari and Tensai reach the library, staring in awe at its magnificence. It is made of pure crystal, and has a total of ten floors. Hikari and Tensai walk in through the automatic doors, and Tensai walks up to the head librarian. "Hello, Mrs. Toshokanin." she says quietly to the librarian, "You called me and said you got the book 'Ancient Greece's Nocturnal Divisions in Simplistic Denominators' in." The head librarian has a spring hat over her curly, blonde hair, and is wearing a flowery dress. Her shining brown eyes indicate that she's in a good mood. Mrs. Toshokanin looks at a piece of paper. "Yes, we did, Tensai." she answers. She goes to a portable book case and picks up the book. "Here you go." she says to Tensai, handing her the book. Tensai takes out her VIP library card, and they go through the standard check-out procedures. Meanwhile, Hikari reads a simple children's book about Crystal Tokyo. Turning the page, she see a huge picture of the Empyrean Silver Crystal. On the top of the page are bold black letters which spell out the word "Break." Thinking that it's a section about how to make the most of your lunch breaks, Hikari reads on. Unfortunately, it's about breaking the Empyrean Silver Crystal, but it's interesting nonetheless. She reads it out loud, annoying some of the library workers. "The Empyrean Silver Crystal is very powerful." Hikari reads, "It can only be handled by those of royal blood. However, if it is shattered, all the royal adults of the world will.." "SHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" shushes one uptight librarian, who looks almost *exactly* like Miss Mane (except the librarian has white hair instead of dark gray). Hikari shuts up, continuing silently. Tensai comes to sit at the table where Hikari is at, carrying one huge book. She drops it on the table, creating quite a loud noise and getting another shush from the uptight librarian. Hikari stares in shock at Tensai's book, and Tensai giggles at Hikari's book. "Ancient Greece's Nocturnal Divisions in Simplistic Denominators?" Hikari says, flabbergasted. She tosses the children's book behind her, hitting the uptight librarian on the head. Pushed over the edge, the librarian kicks Hikari out of the library. Still confused at what just happened, Hikari decides to go back in. Before she does, she hears Queen Serena's voice in her head. "Hikari." it echoes, "Here is a communicator and transporter for you." Appearing out of thin air is a little watch. It looks very normal, leather straps, golden base, white face, and black hands, but it's obviously very special. Hikari looks around to see if anybody's around, but there isn't a soul. "Use it to magically transport anywhere, or to talk to me." the queen continues, "Just press the face of the watch to teleport. You can also take others with you, but only if you *have* to." Hikari nods in acknowledgment, looking at the library's door. "Also, if you want to communicate with me, or anyone else with a communicator." Queen Serena adds, "Just press the time-adjuster on the side, think of who you want to talk to, and talk to the face." Suddenly, people run screaming out of the library. The uptight librarian comes running out too, shushing everyone who screams. Hikari runs into an area of thick, tall bushes, raising her hand into the air. "SUN SOLAR POWER! MAKE UP!!" she screams. She transforms, and the Mystic Torch appears in her hand. She runs through the bushes, scattering leaves everywhere. She runs into the library, seeing an Aku with a camera filming books galore. Not really sure what they're doing, Sailor Sun decides to stop it anyway. She tosses a book at the Aku, trying to get its attention. "Who's there?!" Aku number two asks angrily. "Do you really want to know?" Sailor Sun asks, hiding behind a bookshelf. "Yeah!" the Aku answers. Sailor Sun jumps on top of the shelf, brandishing her wand triumphantly. "I am Sailor Sun, the legendary warrior!" Sailor Sun answers, "If you're on the side of evil, and I know you are, you'll be tasting the wrath of my Mystic Torch! With the power of the sun on my side, you'll be toast!! I really don't know what you're doing, but I know it can't be good. I won't forgive it!" "Lots of pretty words." the Aku say in unison, "We better shut you up! SLIME BEAM!!!" "Is that a camera talking, or are these sunglasses too tinted?" "Find out!!!" Aku number three answers. Aku number three fires a beam of slime at Sailor Sun, clogging her mouth with the sticky substance. She tries to take it out, but it's stuck. At least she can still breathe. "What good is this?" she thinks, "Besides leaving a bad taste in my mouth." Not wanting to bother with the slime stuck in her mouth anymore, Sailor Sun decides to kill the Aku. Her wand ignites, and she draws out a star outline of fire. She points the Mystic Torch forward and....nothing. The star of fire fades away, and Sailor Sun tries again. She draws out the star outline, then points her wand forward. The fire fades away, and Sailor Sun tries in vain to scream in frustration. "I have to say the phrase for it to work!!" she thinks to herself, "Those clever Aku!!" In desperation, she leaps toward Aku number two and three, swinging her wand at them. As a result of her frantic swinging, Sailor Sun manages to beat the Aku into puddles. Unfortunately, they reform themselves, returning to normal. "Oh, I forgot about that." Sailor Sun thinks to herself. Suddenly, a book comes from nowhere and knocks the Aku and his camera down. Sailor Sun sees the book on the floor. Picking it up, she looks at the cover. It reads: Ancient Greece's Nocturnal Divisions in Simplistic Denominators. "Tensai!!" she thinks, surprised. Looking around the library, Sailor Sun finds Tensai standing triumphantly on a table. "Take that, gelatin-man!" Tensai says. Concerned about her safety, Sailor Sun leaps toward Tensai, determined to protect her. The Aku close in on them, both of them cackling like witches. Sailor Sun grabs Tensai's hand, then presses the face of her watch. In a bright flash of white light, they both disappear from the library. Aku number two and Aku number three stare in amazement. After they had their fill of staring, they resume their information gathering. They grab a bunch of books, continuing their duty. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ At the Crystal Palace, Hikari and Tensai appear in a bright flash of white light. Hikari, having been here before, is calm and collected, but Tensai is very confused. She looks around, amazed at the magnificence of the place, and wondering how she got in. "Goodness, where are we?" she asks. Queen Serena walks into the room, happy to see the girls in her palace. "You are in the Crystal Palace, and I am Queen Serena." the queen says regally. Tensai begins exploring the throne room, and Sailor Sun walks up to the queen. Queen Serena sees the slime in her mouth, a smile spreading across her face. "You are so adorable." the queen says, snapping her fingers. The slime disappears, and Sailor Sun gasps for air. "Your majesty, sorry I had to intrude." she says, still gasping, "But those Aku were gonna cream me!" she says. "And what about your other Sailor-friend?" the queen asks. "Sailor-friend?" "Yes, that girl with the side pony-tails. Isn't she a Solar Senshi?" "No, she's just my normal, super-smart friend Tensai." "Really? I could've sworn that she was a Solar Senshi.....at least from another kingdom. You mean she isn't?" "No, she isn't." "I know! Let me try her!" "What do you mean by 'try her?'" Queen Serena takes out her Empyrean Silver Crystal, letting it sit glowingly in her palm. Sailor Sun understands and gives the queen the go-ahead. Tensai is on the other side of the chamber, looking at Princess Serena's video game system. "The Nintendo 6400. Nice." she says. She begins playing it, not even bothering to ask the queen. "Not very polite." Queen Serena whispers to Sailor Sun, "Anyway, let's go." "Right." Sailor Sun answers back. They creep toward Tensai, her back turned to them. When Queen Serena is about two meters from her, she holds the Empyrean Silver Crystal high in the air. The crystal begins to glow, and the queen screams, "Empyrean Silver Crystal, I ask of you, identify this girl's celestial guardian, and release her power!!!" The crystal fires a beam of light at Tensai, engulfing her in its glow. After several seconds of engulfing her, the glowing stops, and Tensai collapses. "Not again." the queen says. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ Back at the Star Fragment, hovering not-too-far from the Earth, Kichigai is practically smothered by all the information she's getting. Millions of compact discs pop out of her disc-writer, and she desperately tries to catch and organize them. She puts them in containers with labels such as botanical info, technological info, shopping mall sale info. Any 'info' you can imagine. Turning on a desk-light, she finally reveals the appearance of her room. The room is rather large, with lots of windows to let in the light of the sun. Cold steel tiles cover the floor, and numerous computers and screens line the walls. A metal swiveling chair sits before a large monitor, and the magenta pool sits in the middle of the room. The only item of comfort is a large, red sofa in front of the magenta pool. Kichigai puts the containers of discs in a metal box, only to receive more discs. She laughs hysterically, extremely pleased that she's not going to be destroyed. Grabbing her microphone, she says, "Perfecto, Aku number two and three! Keep up the good work!!" She looks at all the information she has and laughs, "Mwahahahaha, this is too easy." Kichigai continues to organize her discs, laughing loud and maniacally. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ In the grand Crystal Palace, Sailor Sun shakes Tensai, eager to revive her. "Tensai!! Tensai!!! Wake up!!" she screams. Tensai groans, and her eyelids slowly pull back to reveal her green eyes. She blinks once, twice, then jumps on her feet. "What in the name of Ancient Greece's Nocturnal Divisions in Simplistic Denominators was that?!" she screams, "More importantly, what's this glowing symbol doing on my hand?!" She stares at her right hand, its glow spilling onto the faces of the other spectators. It's a glowing green image of a constellation, and Queen Serena gasps at a realization. "Oh, just as I thought, Scorpius!!" she exclaims. "What?" Tensai asks, *very* confused. "You're Sailor Scorpius!" the queen answers, "Go ahead....transform." "TRANSFORM!?" "Yes, throw your right hand into the air, then scream 'Scorpius Heavenly Power! Make Up!'" "Pardon? Oh, so you mean like this?" She quickly throws her glowing hand into the air, screaming, "SCORPIUS HEAVENLY POWER! MAKE UP!!" Her transformation begins. Tensai does a slow back-flip, and her glowing hand glows brighter. A wave of thick, green poison arrives, submerging Tensai in its acidicness. The poison evaporates, and Tensai has transformed into Sailor Scorpius. She gets lip gloss magically applied to her lips, and stands in a battle pose. Her suit is like Sailor Sun's, but with a few differences. She has a teal collar and skirt, and green glove ends and skirt stripe. Her gloves only go up to her wrist, and she has wings with a star-shaped brooch instead of wings with ribbons attached. Around her neck is a teal choker with a star-shaped emblem on it. On her feet are socks and white sneakers with teal laces and soles. She stands, surprised, looking at her sailor suit, when a loud crash is heard outside. "Oh, what was that?!" Sailor Scorpius exclaims. "You two should go find out." the queen suggests, "But first, take this, Sailor Scorpius." A staff appears in Sailor Scorpius' hands, and a communicator / transporter appears on her wrist. The staff is long and bronze, and there's a golden star on each end. "Those are the Starlight Staff and a wrist communicator and transporter." Queen Serena explains, "They will be helpful in your quest." Sailor Scorpius nods, and she and Sailor Sun teleport out of the palace. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ The Solar Senshi appear in front of the Crystal Library, finding it being trashed by the two Aku. Sailor Sun bursts into the library, wand in hand. "Hey!" she screams at them. They look at her, annoyed, and say, "You're back, but who's your friend?" Sailor Scorpius jumps into the library and onto a table. "I am Sailor Scorpius, the venomous warrior!" she answers, "If you're planning to do something evil, you'll be facing against the power of my Starlight Staff! With the power of Scorpius on my side, you'll be insect-feed!!" "We are the Solar Senshi!!" Sailor Sun adds. Sailor Scorpius jumps off the table, joining up with Sailor Sun. "Well." Aku number two says, "Now the odds are evened up, but you still won't win!" "Oh yeah?!" Sailor Sun screams. "We can defeat you easily!" Sailor Scorpius adds. Aku number two pats Aku number three, then nods. "SLIME BEAM!!!" they scream as Aku number two aims his camera at the Solar Senshi. The beam of slime heads quickly for the sailors' mouths, both of them screaming their little hearts out. They close their eyes, prepared for the horror that they will soon face. "VENUS! LOVE AND BEAUTY SHOCK!!" screams a voice from outside. A glowing orange heart flies quickly to Aku number three's camera lens, shattering it into thousands of pieces. Aku number three screams in agony, and Aku number two looks around for the guilty party. "Who did that?!" he screams. Sailor Sun looks behind her, seeing the Sailor Scouts disappear over the horizon. "I know." she says, "But I'm not telling. Go get 'em Scorpius!" "You bet I will." Sailor Scorpius answers, gripping her Starlight Staff harder. She holds her staff high in the air, and glowing stars enter its tip. Twirling the Starlight Staff around like a baton, Sailor Scorpius holds it above her head like a helicopter blade. "DOKU NO AME!!" she screams, and the staff begins glowing. Clouds form overhead, and a paralyzing rain falls from them toward the Aku. The rain splashes onto the Aku, paralyzing them with its poisonousness. Struggling to move, the only movement they can do is vibration. Sailor Sun's wand ignites, and she draws out a star outline of fire. Pointing the Mystic Torch forward, she screams, "HI NO HOSHI!!" The star blazes toward the paralyzed Aku, colliding into them and lighting them on fire. They dissolve into ashes, collecting in two neat little piles. "They're sun- burned!" Sailor Sun says. @>--}--~~~~~~~~~--{--<@ "Ha ha ha mwahahahahah!!!" Kichigai laughs in the Star Fragment, "You stupid Solar Senshi actually think you've won!" She laughs again, looking at her room. Her room is filled to the top with boxes full of discs, barely leaving any room for Kichigai herself. "I have no need for those Aku anymore." she continues to laugh, "I have more than enough information to make my mistress happy!!" Just as Kichigai finishes this sentence, her monitor turns on again. "Do you have what I want, Kichigai?" the silhouette says menacingly. "Yes, I have plenty m'lady." Kichigai answers "Excellent. Send it over. If I am happy, I will reward you." "Yes, and thank you, my empress." Kichigai bows to the monitor, and it turns off. She walks over to her main computer, pressing a few keys here and there. Pressing enter, Kichigai creates a high-pitched sound. The boxes of discs disappear, and the sound fades away. Kichigai lies down on her red sofa, closing her eyes and smiling. "I'm sure she'll be happy with me." she says, "I'll probably even be promoted." Suddenly, a bright orange light enters the room and Kichigai closes her eyes to protect her sight. When she opens her eyes again, she sees a wonderful sight. Her room has been redecorated! The floor is carpeted, there are chandeliers hanging from the wall, and soft, cushy chairs are all over the place. In the middle of the room, next to the magenta pool, is now a large glass table. On the table is a crystal goblet and bottle of champagne. Ecstatic, Kichigai runs over to the table and pours herself a goblet of champagne. Sipping it slowly, Kichigai looks out her newly- repaired windows and down at the Earth. "I'm so happy." she thinks, "There's nothing that can ruin my day. Huh, what's that?" Kichigai looks out the window at a strange sphere of orange light that is glowing in front of the Star Fragment. The orange light fades away, and an immense meteor appears from where the light once was. "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Kichigai screams. Crashing into the Star Fragment, the meteor causes a colossal explosion. The Star Fragment is destroyed, and all the Aku who inhabit the city are killed immediately. After the light of the explosion dies down, wreckage of the crash floats everywhere. Flaming pieces of Star Fragment float in space, and the charred body of Kichigai dissolves into dust. --End Episode 2-- Japanese Tidbits* ---------------------- From now on, I'll tack these on to the end of every episode. Putting the characters' names in Japanese order (last name first) reveals some hidden meaning in each name. I'll also translate the attacks. I'll reveal the meaning of a name when It's the right time. Ohisama Hikari = Sun light Okaasan = Mother Otousan = Father Sasori Tensai = Scorpion genius (Miss) Mane = Imitation (Mrs.) Toshokanin = Library worker Aku = Evil Kichigai = Crazy Monosugoi (Star City)= Terrible "HI NO HOSHI!" = "Fire Star"/"Star of Fire" "DOKU NO AME!" = "Poison Rain"/"Rain of Poison" *Don't completely trust me on this, though. This is all from a Japanese Dictionary I have. They sing a gentle love song. I saw you, that evening, by the lake. I whispered what a great couple we would make. You said to me "It can't be true..." "...How can you and I be happy? It's not true! I know that it can't be." Then I held your hand tightly and whispered gently: "Follow me and it will be true!" Follow me up into the sky. Follow me, and we'll drown in the sunlight. Follow me. You won't have to face the world alone, 'cause I'll be with you. Follow me through the whispy clouds. Follow me. We will bathe in starlight. Follow me, and we'll be so happy. Yes we will. Being with you is a thrill! As we drifted gently in the air, I touched your palm and the wind blew my hair. The breeze has hints of romance. Then I saw, so lovely out in space, a shooting star that lit up your whole face. You said to me "It must be true..." "...You and I can be so happy! I'll love you! If you'll just let me." Then I held you so tightly and then I shouted: "Follow me, for I love you too!" Follow me in the cool night air. Follow me, we'll be dressed in the moonlight. Follow me, 'cause I love you and I know it's true: That you love me too. Follow me, yes we're all alone. Follow me. We will kiss by the street light. Follow me, right up to the chapel of our love. Our hearts are blessed from up above! Follow me up into the sky. Follow me, and we'll drown in the sunlight. Follow me. You won't have to face the world alone, 'cause I'll be with you. Follow me through the whispy clouds. Follow me. We will bathe in starlight. Follow me, and we'll be so happy. Yes we will. Being with you is such a thrill.... --------------64A05CB54DA6--
