Author?s Note: Heylo, I?m on a roll this week, this is my third chapter I?m

vauge idea, and if you don?t like it please tell me why. I?m writing this 
while listening to a French rapper. I live in Texas so if that?s not I don?t 
know what is. His name is MC Solaar, totally cool. Anywho . . . I know you

	?It?s a shame he had to feel that,? he commented. ?That Andrew has 
one hell of a punch.?
	?Yes, dear, but you know he will love every minute of what?s to 
come,? she said, slipping her hand through his.
	?Not entirely,? he said, his eyes darkening in pain. ?What comes next 
is one of the most painful memories in my life.?
	She placed her hand against his cheek. ?Oh, my love, I?m so sorry, 
for every thing I did. I love you.?
	?And I you,? he said, leaning over to meet her lips, as she rose on 
her tiptoes to meet his.

		~*~ Serena?s P.O.V. ~*~
	I was going crazy sitting around the waiting room. We?d decided to 
take Darien into the emergency room when he had pain around his ribs.
	I was pacing back and forth and Andrew, Lita, Mina, and Derek were 
watching me amusedly.
	?Calm down, Serena,? Andrew said.
	?Calm down! How can I calm down! Darien?s in there and he?s hurt! And 
if it wasn?t for you he?d be okay!? I yelled through tears.
	Andrew stood up. ?You know I overreacted --?
	?I didn?t mean that! Darien and I were only together so that you 
would break up with me and go out with Lita and not feel bad!?
	Andrew and Lita turned an acute shade of red.
	?So, you don?t like him??
	?No, of course not!? I said, lying though my teeth.
	*Well it?s not a lie, I don?t like him I love him!*
	A doctor walked out of the room and I rushed him grabbing his coat 
lapels, ?How is he?? I demanded.
	?He?s fine, Miss Tsukino. He?s unconcious because of what we gave him 
for pain, but other than that some bruised ribs. I suggest you all go home 
because he won?t be awake until morning.?
	The others agreed and I started walking towards Darien?s room.
	?Come on, Serena!? Andrew called.
	?No, you go, I?m going to stay the night. He?ll need a familiar  face 
when he wakes up so that he doesn?t freak out.?
	?You can?t stay --? the doctor started to say.
	I cut him off him mid sentence. ?Too bad, I?m going to explain it to 
your superior or something.?
	I started walking into his room and I shut the door behind me.
	Darien was laying in the bed and he looked so pale. He was so still. 
	?Oh, Darien! I?m sorry I caused you this pain!? I cried. I sat in a 
chair next to his bed and held his hand.

		~*~ Darien?s P.O.V. ~*~
	I hurt all over, but especially around my ribs. I moaned.
	*I feel like I?ve been hit by a semi.*
	I felt a warm prescence by my side and I saw Serena laying beside me. 
Apparently during the night she had crawled in bed. I felt a surge of joy and 
then remembered that she only had stayed to perpetuate the ?romance? between 
us for Andrew?s sake.
	I shook her gently. ?Serena,? I whispered.
	?Uhh?? she moaned and snuggled deeper into my shoulder. She moved her 
legs and when she came in contact with mine she sat bolt upright and fell out 
of bed.
	?Wha?? she asked, standing up.
	?Hey, Serena,? I said with a smile.
	She stood still for a moment and then smiled back. ?Hey, Darien, how 
are you feeling??

		~*~ Serena?s P.O.V. ~*~
	?Hey, Serena,? he said and smiled.
	I was dumbstruck at that smile. He had a killer smile that made my 
stomach do evil flip-flops.
	*Why have I never noticed how handsome he is before??
	?Hey, Darien, how are you feeling??
	There was a knock on the door and Andrew, Lita, Mina, and Derek 
walked in.
	?Hey, man, how ya feeling?? Andrew asked.
	?Not bad, I feel like someone swung a sledge hammer at me though.? I 
stiffened at his words. *Was he in pain and putting on a brave front?* I 
moved over to sit on the edge of his bed and held his hand.
	?Sorry.? Andrew grinned sheepishly.
	?No harm, that?s a nice shiner you got though.?

		~*~ Andrew?s P.O.V. ~*~
	When I saw Serena hold Darien?s hand I could have crowed. She had 
asked me not to tell Darien that I knew, because she didn?t want him to take 
it the wrong way. But I knew better. When we all (minus the love birds) got 
to the arcade we were going to work on Operation: Sledgehammer.
	Hey, it?s the best I could come up with on short notice.


Author?s Ending Note: Well I?m sorry for the cliff hanger but how else am I 
going to get you to read them. Also, sorry it?s soo short but I?ll make up
