Part two ~My Angel~
	    ~(PG) By Callisto~

		~Epilogue~

	The only noise in the house was the
 faint, comforting sound of a rocking chair 
swaying back and forth with a slow and 
steady  rhythm.

	Makoto  just sat, staring down with 
love at her baby. She was so beautiful. So 
innocent. Mako sat, rocking her for hours in 
the middle of the night, long after after 
she had fallen sleep.

	?Did she wake up again?? Shin whispered 
as he walked up behind Mako.

	?No. I just wanted to hold her.? Mako 
replied.

	?I know how you feel.? Shin ran his 
fingers softly over Hana?s head. She stirred 
for a second, but quickly settled back into 
a peaceful slumber.

	?Do you realize, we?ve had her for only 
a week, but we?ve been married for almost 
two years and we?ve known each other for 
almost seven years... and its suddenly 
becoming so clear. It was her...? Mako 
whispered, as though she was thinking aloud.

	?What do you mean?? Shin asked.

	?It was her. When we first met, it was 
her that brought us together. Her eyes. I 
finally understand it. It was her.? Mako 
went on.

	?You?re right. She called me here. 
Brought me to you. She brought us together.? 
He exclaimed, but then a troubled thought 
came over him, ?But Mako-chan,? He said, 
?She called me here to save  her mother... 
to save you....?

	?But don?t you see, Shin-chan. That?s 
just it... you did save me. Both of you did. 
You saved me from being alone. From the 
agonizing pain it was to have no one to turn 
to. Yes, I had friends.... and they?re 
wonderful... but you gave me more. I know 
I?m not alone now and that I never will be 
again.

	?In that first vision of Hana I had, I 
was a child sitting watching my own 
mother... and then it changed. She was 
watching me... I was the mother and she?s my 
daughter. Its what I have always wanted. 
I?ve been given the chance to love her, to 
never leave her. And I know  I never will.

	?After I lost my family, there was an 
irreplaceable hole in my life that only they 
could have filled. Now that hole is gone. I 
have a family... and my life is complete. My 
dreams became reality the second I looked 
into her eyes.

	?She?s my destiny. I need her. She?s 
the light of my life... you both are... I 
love you both much more than I could ever 
say. Because of you I know that I will never 
be alone again. You?re all I need.?
